I've done a lot more focus stacking than any other kind of macro photography. My favorite probably varies from week to week, but this is one of my current favorites. In terms of magnification, it probably qualifies more as a close-up than a macro, though.

16-shot stack, D500, Tamron 24-75mm, f/4.5, 1/15s, 75mm, ISO100. Shot with Helicon Remote and stacked with Helicon Focus.

Here's another with a completely different feel, and it definitely qualifies as macro.

D500, Sigma 105mm + 68mm of tubes, f/4.5, 1/320s, ISO400. Shot using Helicon Remote and stacked using Helicon Focus.
