I think that all her photos have been taken in the early morning or at evening during gold hour.

Exactly, I am taking them most of the time in the late afternoon, start of evening. I am not an early bird - rare are those occasions when I am taking photos in the morning.
As for the colors, it's not necessarily due to the lens, but mostly the background itself; and then in PS or LR you highlight the potential of those colors and you make them re-appear the way you want. That's all

Do you shoot only macros or another non macro pictures too?

Yes, sometimes I shoot other types of photos than macro like portraits and animals but mostly it's macro.
And as for photos that need critique, I tossed them away long before - those ones that were full of flaws; However I am not saying these photos are perfect, but I guess they are likable and according to my personal taste
