Yes, I used Autofocus out of hand and as a burden. I also have a stand, but I rarely use it.

Helix, I'm really glad you think so. I'm glad you like it. Unfortunately I have fewer and fewer opportunities to photograph insects so I'm looking for another alternative subject for the winter that can work in the world of macro.
