How to shoot macro with ring tubs with better image quality?

I'm still learning shooting macro with two ring tubs mmlite 10+16mm..

Is here anyone who have an idea or good tricks, how to improve image quality shooting with ring tubs? epecially shooting in hight magnification?

I was a little bit stupid to buy an used Canon extension tube EF 25 because I wasn't aware of the fact, that you can use it only for EF lenses and not for EF-S.

So I have a ring but cannot use it because my macro lens has an EF-S.

you need to buy new or adapter for , if is possible
