The 60mm lens has 1:1 and the Raynox MSN-505 has 32 dioptra. I've read that it can magnify by 4:1. So I assume it's 4:1 BihariWow fabulous pictures!!!!!!
The first picture is my favourite.
(That drop or ice bit a little bit distracting a bit )
Amazing did you know what magnification it was roughly?
Agree Chavezshutter but this idea and its photos was not planed and I hadn't had something similar at that moment. And it was late in the afternoon with a grey sky. So all in all difficult conditions for such a shooting. Those are great Helix_2648 !! Love the structure and shapes. The material is quite glossy and reflective, takes a little away from the flakes but the photos are still amazing, maybe try something more matte like velvet or wool. Play with the light angle to see if you can get more colours reflecting from the flake as well, overall great job, I've been wanting to see some snowflake closeups, more please
