Thank you for your feedback; yes indeed I reduced the contrast a bit and I wanted to make it softer and play a bit with the curves and levels. That's all
And you are right; I always want to convey a sort of dreamy mood through my photos; I rarely shoot in a pure macro mood. I love playing with the bokeh and its textures and my goal is not to shoot the insect in a macro style to show its details; but more to tell a story or something like that.

That's Yohanna_D unique style which we all love ! But although we asked several time to show us her workflow she hasn't done it yet. Unfortunately... but I won't give up to ask her!

But it needs for sure more fine tuning than just adjusting some sliders.

hihi; I don't know how to explain it but more often than ever it's according to my mood and how I see colors that day. I do it a lot instinctively - seriously there is no rocket science behind my editing. I know the theory but when I practice it it's according to my mood.
