mmm, I was thinking how my pictures will be if I will attach raynox to my macro lens 100mm. Never tried, I’m just thinking at the moment.

They will be very good from what I have seen if you use a ring attachemnt, as the clip on thing it come with is not great

Please don't buy this, I can assure you that this and almost all diffusers you can find on eBay and Amazon will not be of much help for macro photography.

The cheapest and most effective way is to make your own diffuser.
