I made a homemade one well 2 now for different angles, i used a pringle tin, polystyrene bowl for the end, duck tape and kitchen roll for the diffuser part to weaken the flask, stapled on the end.

which is the one you see in the photos which was not on the camera and didnt have any duck tape on

I saw a different idea on this video

I want the one I posted in a thread on facebook the other day, the guy makes them and in my thoughts is the best at macro insect shots etc.
