Any ice fishers? We get a lot here on the Ottawa River during the winter...It looks like from your photo they are just taking in the winter wonder?

I will have to take a picture of the ice fishing towns on the Ottawa River next winter they are quite something to see just never thought of taking a photo before

Never seen so many American Black Bears (Ursus americanus) then in the Boreal Forest they are everywhere late in the afternoon. Whooping Crane Summer Range, Wood Buffalo National Park, Northwest Territories, Canada. Ramsar site no. 240.

The only BumbleBee I came across in the North was the Two-ranked Bumble Bee (Bombus bifarius) Whooping Crane Summer Range, Wood Buffalo National Park, Northwest Territories, Canada. Ramsar site no. 240.
