Photography Plans for buying a lens?

Hello everyone. Just interesting, is anyone planning to buy new equipment or new lens this year?

I really want to buy Sigma 150-600 this year (big hope). As would love to try some birding and astrophotography.

I am wishing if I get a raise @work I will buy a fabulous Nikon camera that I will setup for only shooting Macros

I would better recommend to invest in glass rather than camera body. Or maybe a entry camera but with good glass .

I entered a photo competition and the grand prize is a Nikon camera ... fingers & toes crossed

Alright, I need to check, maybe there is one for UK .

But I I'm Canon USER.

if you have the chance, rent that lens before you buy it. I got the contemporary version of that lens in Canon mount to use with my Sony camera and didn't like the image quality from 400 to 600mm, so I returned it.
