The most rare carnivorous plant and delicate was this Lavender Bladderwort (Utricularia resupinata) Quebec, Canada.
Conservation Status: vulnerable (S3) in Québec, CA (NatureServe). From the Archive: Taken on July 20, 2012.

The ISO noise looks much too high Greg Shchepanek. Unfortunately the image quality looks really bad.
I have never shot a plant before that was totally surrounded by water that is why I had such a bad time with this with the reflections and the weird location of the flower. Not many flowers are found in open water like this one it was surely a special situation to shoot. The background image is the lake water and not earth which is most common.

Oh ok. I wasn't aware of that. Sorry.. this explains the quality.
The most difficult shot I have taken in my Flora experiences and I was still a novice when taking the photo. I have yet to come across this flower again it only grows for special weather phenomenons which is hot and extreme dry summer.
