Soft editing software for beginners?

Hi again. What software should you suggest for a beginner ? I;m looking for a program that is easy to learn, with a little or maybe no experience.

Gimp and Adobe Photoshop, this are those which I know and can recommend for now. you can learn using YouTube.

Try GIMP, very easy to use and simple, is what the most photographers wants.
