What is your keeper rate?

When shooting "in the wild" what would you say your keeper rate percentage is?

With insects mine has gone up over the last year or so to about 22% and 28% with flash.
Flowers is about 80%
Macro with ext tubes (hand held) is about 8%
I shoot almost exclusively hand held.

i do 60-70 with insects because of the flash used to freeze movement. Macro with ext tubes (hand held) is about 8% ...i hear you. yes i shoot almost exclusively handheld too
