Hi, I would like to ask, what's the best way of shooting insects ? Is there any technique ?
i got a link to a youtube vid i did, bit basic, a my setup vid and a few tips
i didnt shoot through the glass, shot through the top of the tank, with tank on its side/endThat will be great , yes please if you can. But can you create new topic for that, so will be easier for other to access it.

for the small spider i was shooting i knew trying throug the glass wouldnt works, too much reflection from light and wouldnt get close enough in the tank if needed toAlright, I thought you did through the glass.

I'll have to finish my UV vid on spiders, it just a basic set up and how i did vid, but it worksthat’s what I was thinking as well, probably depends what insects you are shooting too.
alive and happy...that makes it worth the challenge....You can do this with dead insects or alive ?
