This is my first macro shot with my (new) Olympus camera :) and Lomo 3,7X microscope lens + extension tubes. 2 Flashes + homemade diffuser. 1/125 sec. ISO 200 103 images stacked in Helicon Focus, some retouched in Photoshop. Wemacro rail, stepsize 35 um.

A crop of a bumblebee image. Hairs are very problematic as they produce halos in the stacked image. There is a technique to do sub-stacks, but haven't tried yet. Other issues come from the number of dust particles the insects have, not visible to naked eyes. I haven't tried more advanced...
