Alright, means it’s possible with an extension tube. I was wondering the quality how it will be.No because it's not really a macro lens... it has a 1:1.8 magnification with a minimum distance of 0.45m. It has for sure a nice bokeh with the aperture of 1.8. But real macros would become a challenge without extension tubes or a Raynox lens.
The general quality shouldn't suffer from this. But please keep in mind that you'll lost a lot of light.
I'm not sure about the results if you use the lens in reverse position with an adapter. Might be an interesting option...
