Nice colors, but for a stacked image I would have preferred to see more in focus parts of the main subject to be honest.
It is a nice shot but a 48 stack I would of thought would of given more in focus of the Amaryllis
Nice shot. For 48 in the stack, not much is in focus. Perhaps increasing both the number in the stack and the focus increments would help. It looks like you started the stack on the anthers, which left the stigma and other anthers out of focus. The unfocused stigma sticking out looks kind of odd. But overall you did a creditable job - keep at it!
