Want critique Bumble Bee

I have taken pictures quiet often from bees and bumble bees and know that it's sometimes a patience game. There is one little comment from my side. The flash seems to be too strong. But apart from that it's a very good macro.

I need to get a new flash but it’s always the cost, I’m having to use a Nikon flash on a canon camera so unfortunately not able to change or control any of the settings, I try to balance if off with shutter speed or vary the f-stop but not to much than I get a short/narrow depth of field. Very much react to the light available and adjust when and were I can.
