I have a case logic bag that I organise the interior to carry the above equipment you mention. It can take a tripod on the side with straps and it has space for laptop.

I carry 2 bodies in it placing the second body in the middle without a lens. At sometime I organised the interior to feet 2 camera with lenses. One on the top and one on the bottom but i lost the space for to lenses. It fitted this way 2 cameras with lenses and I had space for 2 -3 more lenses. The straps will not be helpful with a heavy tripod.
It has many other spaces to put accessories it fits nice and is very ergonomic. It is ok for rain and quite sturdy. It cost me 70€
I never tried to fit a laptop. I have one but it is my corporate laptop and I do not use it for personal reasons. You need plenty of space for the big lenses....I see you can fit an laptop, what size?

It is quite roomy for me and my needs. I carry quite often 2 bodies, 2 standard zoom lenses plus 2 nifty fifties (50mm lenses) And it ok in terms of space! Plus the accessories.Yes, I don't really want also to throw a lot of money on a bag. I had manfrotto baf before but sold, and still haven't purchased one yet. Your bag look promising in terms of room.

I've the Lowepro Flipside 200 AW II and am really satisfied with it. But a 17"Laptop is too big. I think 10" is the maximum if I remember correctly.
