Not sure if you can edit this again, but maybe you want to give it a try.
Apart from that the stack is really good. Especially the most important part... the eye! Detailed and sharp!

That is so close together that this lens does not see that difference.
If I use a real microscope lens, I no longer have, for example, the Mitutoyo 10x M Plan APO or the LOMO microscope objective 3.7x and better light.
I do it now with normal daylight in the living room
