It's difficult to get satisfying results without any kind of post-processing or the use of a tripod.

I would maybe reduce the exposure a bit and use a higher shutter speed. 1/60s is not enough for a free hand photo. That's why the eye / face looks blurry. You should at least use 1/160s or better 1/250s. But in this case you would need a flash.

Hi Greg Shchepanek Greg Shchepanek , I would say the subject is not in focused well. Maybe using a tripod will improve the photo quality. However I believe that is hard to take bee image as they fly quick. You also can use a lens built in IS .
