A male Cresson's Mining Bee sleeping on a dandelion. May 14, 2020, Brampton Ontario. **** this is a duplicate that was added in error - my apologies.


Nikon D7200, Tamron SP 90mm Macro VC, on-camera pop-up flash, 1/250, f/29, ISO 100 Flash did fire. I found a few of these mining bees having some quiet time on dandelions. It was a cool, damp day so it made it easier to get a facial shot of the bee.
