I have been blessed to meet some of the most Endangered Species on my travels throughout North America. Have you met any of your own? Please post your experiences here, I would love to see what you have come across in that big world of ours.
The Ghost Tiger Beetle (Ellipsoptera lepida) Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Conservation Status: imperiled (N2N3) in Canada (NatureServe).

This photo has been published to examine the plight of this marvellous little insect. And is a feature image on the Encyclopedia of Life site: https://eol.org/pages/46893714
It is always such a pleasure to come across this little creature in the wild. I know of only two locations in Ontario that he is found.
