Yes its late Spring here though in our part of NZ we dont see snow or frost so have things about the year around and indeed I like our winter for spider macro work the best!

Very good result for a single shot! The focus on the eye is just perfect and the insect itself (especially the camouflage exoskeleton) looks really interesting.
