How do you do those wonderfull pictures ??? a real pro i'm in love !
well, some key elements:
1. the eye, your eye as a photographer
2. a good lens
3. sense of taking risks
4. using the surrounding nature
5. many attempts and patience
6. some editing (slight) in photoshop or lightroom.

I think first 2 elements, are the most important, I guess .

i started macro a month ago , so i don't have thoses skills for now ! i'm impressed about yours ! Pro of pastel colors !
Don't worry, the more you practice and you submit your photos to constructive criticism, the more you will improve; you know what they say: practice makes perfect.
So give yourself time to make mistakes, to pratice and then to improve. and from mistakes we learn a lot, really a LOT!
best of luck and I think you are on the right platform for wonderful criticism and advice to make progress.
best regards.

YES, that's why I put them on the top of the list; but it was only my humble opinion based on my own experience. I might be wrong, you know?! šŸ™ƒ
