I have. I have a very small spray bottle for water that has pocket size. I honestly don't know why I haven't thought of to take it with me when i go out for photos...

Probably if you have small one, you can have it even in your pocket

Your eye for minimalistic but beautiful details is really spectacular, but in this case I would recommend to reduce the vibrance and / or exposure a bit.
The green color looks to present and bright. Maybe this is the reason for the halos which you can see here:
