Non sharp, totally out of focus picture, but yo really like a moment.. , is still possible to rescue the picture?

You just got more contrast @Christophe Berche , working well too and get more sharpens with.. I took the picture year ago.. didn't return to this pictures by year
. I know, sometimes is good to return and edit pictures again, but I have only too much new pictures and oldest too waiting for..
But as you see, BW it's possibility to do something nice with totally no sharp picture
Do you know any different methods someone else?

Do you spend lot of money if thems?
I\m using only Adobe creative cloud softwers..
. buy I know is lot of great others softwers, maybe better like PS and LR.. , but I like to the Adobe customer services too and the updates
