So how we can get higher shutter speed when using Flash, or that's depends on camera ?
You need to do open flash technic. Using a long shutter speed and a low power on the flash to get a freeze effect on your photo. Not possible to do this (or very difficult) during day time.
Oh yeah i saw it and i'll try it ! Take a picture in the dark or not 
with long time pose (10 - 20 - 30 s) and activate the flash when you want to shoot to get your picture ! It's a good technique for "glass with wine"

Sounds interesting. is there specific requirements for flash, or you can do with any ?
You've got a half dark photo because 1/300s is too fast and the flash is too slow so only half of the photo si well exposed
Ok i just discuss with pro My flash don't have 2nd shutter , so i can't get high speed if i go more than 1/300 s the top of the picture is black. thx
