Want critique Painted Lady (Echeveria derenbergii) UV photography

Hello, I have been playing around with a UV torchlight I got. I have many ideas and shoots for it but for now I will show this shot which I took last night. The idea of being able to paint light sources into my macro scenes is very exciting. In this particular shot I have used an ink which is...

    Your opinion? California Sunset

I took this one last night and including the before edit shot as well. Others My setup and results.

This is my basic setup that I’ve been using for a while now. And this is one of the results from it. I did some colour changing in ps because I’ve ended up doing to much red and blue. It was a mixture of oil, syrup and dye.

Together Together in the break of the day. Flourish under the bright light of the sun! Full of life! Photographed in Diomedes Botanic Garden in Athens. A favourite place of mine, that I visit quite often as you know. The concept is a semi abstract / abstract image. Minimalistic in terms of...

Quarantined Closed in an undefined space of circumstances. Not known of the closure ending... This photo was taken during the first lockdown in Spring 2020. Although it was a time period of worry uncertainty and fear, it worked out quite creatively for me. I devoted almost all of my time in...

    Your opinion? Natural Geometry

Natural Geometry If we change our point of view and meet the micro world of nature, we can come across different dimensions of things and reality. You all know that here very well. A geometric play of shapes, lines and forms.

    Your opinion? Hopelight

Hopelight A game of light and shadows. A hide and seek photographic composition. I stood low and went in, between, the leaves. My subject was hidden and I spotted it through a small opening. The foreground, backlight, leaf created the diffused light on the right and another shadowed leaf on...

    Your opinion? The Turning Point

The Turning Point Until the moment these words are written, this photo is by far my favourite. It was a very difficult shot. I had to go very close to the leaf to photograph it. My beloved Helios is not a macro lens but its unique character is something I wouldn't change. To achieve close...
