It doesn't look like a beetle, but it is, in the genus Ripiphorus. Possibly of Ripiphorus diadasiae.
The name 'Rhipiphorus means 'fan-bearer' and refers to the male's antennae, visible here.

This is a small stack of a Yellow Sac Spider. These spiders are common house spiders where I'm from, and the only spider that I know I've been bitten by (not this individual, but this species will definitely bite if perturbed).

It still needs to grow a bit because it is only 4mm small.
