I really don't know what this is called. I found it in the back of my garden today.

Here are some pics of what was on the same branch. I know it looks like dandelion , but I don't think it is. First of all, dandelion doesn't grow in pairs AFAIK, I mean it's one branch, one flower, these are more than one flower per branch.
