Hello, indeed, if you want to do extreme macro photography, you will have to find a dead fly, clean it then put in a suitable surface. Then shot a series of pictures with a tiny focus difference between them, and finally stack those images in a program such as Helico Focus or Zerene Stacker (I use HF).

Yes I know it but ... i didn't found dead flies lol and i will not kill it ^^ I got 3 tubes, a 105 mm 2.8 macro sigma and a raynox 250. If i find a dead insect , i will take my time to shoot, hard as i can and stack it ^^

Extreme macros means a huge effort. THE higher the magnification the higher the needed effort. Especially finding and preparing needs a lot of patience and time. So it's a world of its own... but a magic one.

I read something about vignetting effects on telezoom lenses but I haven't tested it by myself. My pictures made with my 18-135mm kit lens and my MSN-505 have always more or less strong vignette effects.
