Locations for shooting

I'm lucky to live close the sea , very close and river too on the island.. , Oulu is just wonderful place.. , a bit too much expensive too.. as Finland- it is just too much expensive country..
But I was yestarday at the last night in very beautiful park by trip to shop.. , just beautiful moments . the park is just 2 km from my home..

And are you allowed to take pictures, or you can do this from public pathways?

The forest itself is public and you can walk everywhere outside paths.

I know, i was just wondering, as at some places they do not allow people to take pictures without license.
