I didn't know that name, well, that one nor the Spanish version. I asked some older people and they didn't know that insect. I posted the photo on a Spanish insect identification website, but they only gave me the scientific name.have you ever seen one of these? it puzzled me a lot as it looks like a mix of a dragonfly and a butterfly.

This belongs to Owl Fly family.. please refer to the below screenshot..[CQ='subbu, c: 1193, m: 1133'][/CQ] I didn't know that name, well, that one nor the Spanish version. I asked some older people and they didn't know that insect. I posted the photo on a Spanish insect identification website, but they only gave me the scientific name.
