That's no mirror, what you see is the "RGB matrix" of a camera sensor. The colors are from the Bayer filter in front of the sensor. The Bayer filter is used to actually register the colors (RGB) in of the scene. It is put before the photodiodes in the sensor. Without the filter, the camera will shoot B&W only.

I guess you have a broken camera. Thanks for the info, didn't knew that. I thought the subject in photo is mirror less sensor or DSLR mirror with effects added through photoshop.
