. I know a supermacro photographer who use some mix of water and acetone to bring dead insects to look like alive.

I never knew that this could be possible, that’s something new.

Never seen as much exif as you gave us.
The photo is perfectly made but, if I can say something , it's too evident, looking eyes, that this subject is dead. I know a supermacro photographer who use some mix of water and acetone to bring dead insects to look like alive.

I've never used that kind of chemicals to improve the insect's eyes. I thought in this case the eyes had its natural pattern. Other photographers use Photoshop to modify the eyes, others use "humidifier beds" so the insect lims are not prone to break when they are positioned.
