What lens, because seems to be a bit unfocus the subject.

Nice picture with this contrast light-dark; I was wondering if you could have used stacking techique to have the fly as sharp as the main flower; it could be lovely I think.

Stacking is when you take lots of images, and then you add them all together in one photo to get in focus the whole subject. That’s how I do understand stacking

You are welcome Little-em , also I would recommend to use a tripod if your lens has not built in IS.
