Interesting watch, you took from different angle. Maybe try to have a small set up and take the photo from the frontWatch taken with Canon 80d/90mm Tamron lens - x
generally, there is a small indentation on the side between the cover and the circumference of the case. You just have to gently slide the tip of a small knife into it and it opens ...If I could figure out how to open my great grandfathers pocket watch I would be right there with ya! :^)
