That looks more as there are parts of the beetle below the sharp area. Maybe one leg or something like that. It’s really sharp rcorteschile , there are some small blur spots on the right on the image, but I think you wanted to remove something, apart from that I like it personally
Thanks Helix_2648. I did my best to fit the guy in the frame but I couldn't. Maybe next time try a smaller magnification. The stack is nearly perfect but why have you cut the right part of the picture? What is it? Distracts a bit the viewers eye. maybe you can chose a bigger frame around the bug.
But apart from that it's just perfect. Pin sharp!
Thanks Jack I removed some blurry parts, but due to the amount of small details (hairs), I decided to let them as they are. It’s really sharp rcorteschile , there are some small blur spots on the right on the image, but I think you wanted to remove something, apart from that I like it personally
Thanks Greg. My first attempts were horrible! But if you really like this type of photography, you should practice, trial and error. Modify the light, change the way you move the camera (or the subject) until you are satisfied with your results.Whaou ! perfect ! It's so hard to get this result ... I tried a focus stack of a dead fly yesterday and I don't like results ... It's not for me lol
