The insect is dead. I use a pin and clamps to put in front of the lense. I put a piece of black velvet as background, and two flash plus home made difusser (coffee disposable cup).

That's really creative, do you found this dead insects on your garden I guess ? :ROFLMAO::LOL:

You have to prepare and position your subject. Then, based on the magnification, estimate the number of images and the separation between each one. Take the pictures, then process in a stacking program, and retouch some details in another such as PS.

Cheers for the information, noticed that for the future . Really want to see more of your pictures , you really doing great job.
